Run with Rotary 5K Race

 Run with Rotary 

The Rotary Club of Zachary is hosting the first Run with Rotary Race to be held March 19, 2016. This will be a 5K race through the streets of Americana with additional activities to be held at the YMCA. Race day registration begins at 7:15 am with race time at 8 am. Post race beverages, snacks and pastalaya will be available. Runners will also receive a race day t-shirt with registration. Registration can be made through the Zachary Rotary Facebook page as well as www.zacharyrotary.org. Runners of all abilities are encouraged to participate and winners in each category will be awarded on race day. 

There will be a NO REFUND policy for this event as this is a fundraiser for a non-profit organization. All proceeds from the race will go to the Zachary Rotary Club to fund service projects in the Zachary Community. Zachary Rotary helps support the Zachary Food Pantry, the Council on Aging, and the Zachary School System, in addition to awarding scholarships to ZHS seniors, repairing homes for the elderly in need, and many more acts of service.
